Congratulations to Eric Hicks who won his 1st round region match last night by way of Pin. Eric moves on to the Region Quarter finals Friday night at West Orange High School. GOOD LUCK ERIC!

The Boy's Basketball team defeated Shabazz 81-74 in fast paced, high energy state sectional quarterfinal game.  Josh Ford and Tondi Mushandu led the team by both scoring 23 points a piece.  Dashaun Washington scored 14 all of which seemed to come when the Bridgemen badly needed as basket.  Nick Gentile had 10 of his own and stayed calm under pressure when Shabazz started to press.  The game was capped off with a breakaway dunk by Tondi Mushandu in the closing seconds of the game.  Fort Lee plays Snyder High School tomorrow night at 6pm at Snyder.

 The Fort Lee High School Cheerleaders earned the Honorable Mention Award at this weekends National Competition in Ocean City, MD.

 The boys basketball team defeated Caldwell HS in the first round of the state playoffs Monday night. The boys will now host Malcolm X Shabazz HS Wednesday 7pm.

Attached please find all the information you need for the FLHS Athletic Booster Club's Annual Dinner Dance. This ADULT ONLY event is our most successful fundraiser of the year!

 

This evening has proven to be so much fun! It's an opportunity for the adult community to come together for dancing, live music, and fun all for a great cause! At the dance, we also have many awesome prizes to be raffled, 50/50s, and a great door prize!

 

Most importantly, all proceeds from this fundraiser go directly to the student athletes. With your help, we are able to offer scholarships to graduating seniors, provide financial assistance to coaches for team events and tournaments, purchase extra athletic gear or supplies teams may need, sponsor the Annual Homecoming Dance and seasonal Senior Appreciation nights.

The Athletic Department would like to announce a school-wide "Sign-Up" day for those interested in participating in a Winter Sport during the 2012-2013 school year. Sign-up day will be on Tuesday, November 13thimmediately after school, (3pm) in the East gym. After a brief meeting with Coach Hur all athletes with proceed to the following rooms:
